Tim Ehlers is Finance & Portfolio Manager at b2venture, based in Berlin.

Before joining b2venture in September 2025, Tim worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux in Amsterdam, where he focused on covering European equities from various sectors over nearly four years. Earlier, he built a strong foundation through stations at KPMG in Finance Advisory, Helbling Business Advisors in Restructuring & M&A, Rollon Corp. in New Jersey, and PwC in Risk Management.

Tim studied Business Administration at the University of Münster, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He later completed a Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam and expanded his international outlook during an exchange semester at the University of Cape Town.

I am now excited to apply this experience from an investor’s perspective at b2venture and to contribute to the long-term growth and impact of b2venture, creating value that reaches across generations.”

Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling paired with surfing and snowboarding. And if he has to stay at home, he loves cooking for his friends and family (always freestyle) and doing sports that don’t require waves or mountains like tennis.
